We want you to be fully satisfied with your LIGHT purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 45 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Orders are processed shortly after being placed. If your cancellation request is submitted within the first hour of placing the order, we can usually stop processing before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

LIGHT App Refund Policy
The LIGHT app is designed to support your ongoing health and performance journey. If you determine that the subscription is not right for you, you may cancel at any time prior to the next renewal date.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before renewal.
Important Notes on Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Access to premium features will remain available until the billing period concludes
Subscriptions must be cancelled through the same platform used for the original purchase

Requirements
To qualify for a return:
The device must be returned in its original packaging
The device must be in like-new condition
The purchase must have been made directly from LIGHT
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is confirmed to be defective through troubleshooting or supporting documentation.
Refunds will be issued once the returned device has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
